Cuisine Critique: PF Changs :)

Hey girls,
This is going to be my first in a new series of blog posts I'm going to be writing. I'll be reviewing different restaurants, hotels, food items, desserts, etc. I have always loved going online and reading all kinds of reviews about different places I intended on visiting whether it was a hotel, waterpark, restaurants, or an apartment building I wanted to check out. I think it's best to do your research before spending time or money on something that could turn out to be a waste. I hope you enjoy these new types of blog posts :) Let me know in the comments if you'd like to read more of these.

PF CHANGS

We headed to lunch first at PF Changs. It was both me and my sisters first time ever dining there and my mom was so excited! Its her favorite place and she couldn't wait to let our first experience be with her. I loved the restaurant itself. The decor was very modern and welcoming. Our waiter was pretty nice but ended up forgetting about us throughout most of the meal which was irritating, ha. The food though, was delicious. Everything was plated really nicely and the taste and textures were amazing.

My mom ordered us her favorite appetizers Changs Chicken Lettuce Wraps to start:

This was mouth watering. I love fresh lettuce and adding this delicious chicken, mushroom, green onion, water chestnut, and crispy rice stix mixture to it was divine. My mouth was in heaven :) I felt like I could've just ate that for my main meal. Next we ordered soup.

I decided to go with the traditional Egg Drop Soup.

It was very different. Honestly I wasn't a fan and my mom decided to finish my cup. There was just something too unique that my taste buds did not agree with.

Finally our main entrees: I ordered the Sweet & Sour Chicken
As soon as I saw how big the serving was I was instantly taken back. Look at all that food! I had no idea how in the world I'd be able to eat it all. The pineapple and peppers mixed with the juicy sweet and sour sauce was too good to be true. I'm not one to really get into my food, I more or less eat to survive haha but this looked and smelled soo good, I allowed myself to indulge a bit and just enjoy :)

After finishing up we decided to split a desert. My sister and I decided on the Red Velvet Mini and it was mmm delicious.

Needless to say our first trip to PF Changs was a success and I know we'll be back again in the future. I would highly reccommend this restauraunt to couples, families, or a group of friends. The atmosphere is very relaxing and comfortable and the food is excellent :)
I hope you enjoyed.

xoxo
