Shopping Trip: Ulta, Charming Charlies, Walgreens Haul

Hey girls,

I recently had a girls day with my best friend Sanci. We went shopping, had lunch, and ended the night with some drinks at our favorite place. While shopping we stopped first at Ulta. I was so excited to finally take a look around the newly built store and pick out a couple of things from one of my favorite drugstore brands, Nyx. I purchased a soft matte lip cream and a jumbo eye pencil. I had been wanting the jumbo eye pencil in Milk for awhile now, but it was sold out online for awhile. Once I finally got it, I felt great and ready to rush home and try it out! After walking around Ulta for awhile and finding lots of things I thought I needed, I decided to save my money and just settle for the two products I'd first chosen.

After leaving Ulta, we decided to head over to the mall and check out Charming Charlies. I just adore this store and get sucked in every time I visit. Not only is the decor incredibly amazing but I love how color coordinated each section is and how easy they make it to navigate and find just what your looking for, whether its a wallet, a pair of shoes, a bracelet, or a trendy handbag. More recently I've been gravitating towards the sale section in the back of the store. They tend to have lots of cute shoes for a really good price hidden away behind the jewelry. I found a pretty good deal on this day as well. It was Buy One Get One Free on ANY pair of shoes, sale items included!! How cool is that!? Sanci and I really only found one pair each, in our size, that we really liked so I bought my pair and gave her the free one. :) It was a good day and we both left with a new pair of sandals, you can't beat that!

Later on I stopped at Walgreens to pick up a few essentials. I was hooked by another Buy One Get One 50% Off deal, so I chose two body washes by Caress. I loved both scents and the packaging is very summery and nice on the eyes :) I also decided, after a recommendation by the women working in the beauty area that I needed to try out the Yes To Cucumbers Facial Towelettes and let me tell you I am obsessed! The scent is amazing, the packaging is too cute and the way they leave your face feeling is just delightful! I love the cucumber and aloe vera mix, it leaves my face feeling so cool, refreshed, and cleansed. I can't get enough! I actually look forward to removing my makeup every night :)
