Hey girls,
I have been searching high & low for a FUN cardio class that doesn't get boring or leave me feeling so ready to be done working out. I tend to get bored w/ cardio very easily & I need something that not only keeps my body engaged, but my mind as well. I recently received a 3 day guest pass to LA FITNESS and holy crap do I LOVE it!! I took an hour long spin class last night and I am OBSESSED!! Not only is the instructor amazing & totally full of energy but the class itself is fun & engaging. From this spin class alone, you are able to burn 550 calories! Amazing or what!! I def felt the burn when I left.
I can't wait to go tomorrow morning!! If you've ever been to a spin class, or if your a regular let me know in the comments below. The class is an hour long, full of feel good, motivating music & an instructor who knows how to MOTIVATE & KEEP YOU GOING!! I absolutely love it, am a new HUGE FAN & can't wait to go back!! What was great about this class is that you control EVERYTHING! From your handle bars, to your seat, to the gears & your RPM. It's all up to you how fast or slow you go, what your pace is, if you keep up with the instructor, or go at your own pace. YOU ARE THE BOSS. I love it, don't feel intimidated at all. I took a seat in the back of the class, had the instructor show me how to level my bike, and I was good to go!!
I'd highly recommend checking out a spin class near you. You won't regret it!!
