Some people really are too beautiful for this world.
My heart is broken. Robin Williams was such a profound beautiful soul. His mark on our world will forever be remembered.
It's amazing to me how one man could project such happiness onto others while feeling so alone inside. He was the king of comedy, one of my favorite actors of all time, and a genuine person. I will feel forever grateful that I was able to experience his joy growing up. His movies were hits everywhere and played over and over in homes around the world and his laughter was a sound that stuck with you long after you turned off the television. He had a heart of gold. I hope our world realizes that just because someone looks good on the outside doesn't mean all is well on the inside. Depression is real and ultimately the way we feel about ourselves is all that really matters. Robin struggled for a very long time with his internal loneliness and I only wish he could have found true happiness. He was far too beautiful to be gone so soon.
I'd always said that if I could have a lunch date with anyone in the world, Robin would be a top choice. I felt he'd be one of those "stars" that you could just sit down with and talk, about anything. He seemed incredibly open and down to earth, but his struggle was real. You could see the emptiness behind his glowing eyes, through the laughter and multitude of impressions, you could feel that his soul was aching. Throughout his life he created brilliant works of art, movies that I will forever hold in my heart. He was the best of the best. I only hope that he's found the peace he was forever longing for.
The world will forever miss you, Robin.
