Holy crap..38 weeks...I can't even believe it. This pregnancy has really flown by and I am just in shock that we're already at 38 weeks. . like holy poop. Mase could be here literally ANY DAY. It's just nuts but I couldn't be happier or feel anymore excited. I just want to meet my lil love and snuggle him up!!
How Far Along : 38 Weeks
Total Weight Gain/Measurements : I'm currently weighing 158, so I've gained 34 pounds so far..All in thee belly which is awesome ;) He's measuring at 39...so exciting !!
Maternity Clothes : I gave in and bought a few maternity tank tops and dresses from Target and my sister got me a few from Khols I believe...I love them, they're super comfy and cute. I also just recently purchased a pair of yoga leggings from Target that are like my staple. As for jeans, I still can fit into my pre pregnancy ones so that hasn't been an issue :)
Stretch Marks : Noooope :) I've been using my Burt's Bee's Vitamin E Oil every single day and have yet to get a stretch mark ( knock on wood. ) I also drink a ridiculous amount of water and have made shore that my weight gain has been at a steady pace and not a crazy amount all at once...I swear by that Vitamin E Oil though...I LOVE it :)
Sleep : Oh sleep....I definitely sleep but I wake up probably 4-5 times a night to pee, and most days I take a nap during the day just because I get crazy tired.
Best Moment this week : This week my best moment was probably getting the rest of Mason's nursery furniture set up and doing his laundry, folding, and organizing his clothes...also every minute I spend with Dill is my favorite ;) We're just so excited for him to arrive, it's unreal !!
Miss anything : Sleeping on my stomach and hopping out of bed quickly...It takes me like 2 minutes to get out of our bed which is so annoying, haha.
Movement : He kicks and moves like crazy. I swear he's constantly squirming around and running out of room so I feel everything, every jab and poke and kick, but I love it and feel so blessed to be carrying such a perfect little lovebug.
Food Cravings : Candy bars. twix. kit kat, ugh. I just love them so much. nom nom
Anything making you queasy or sick : Every so often the thought of eating eggs makes me gag, but other than that I'm fine :)
Gender: BOY :)
Labor Signs : I've had braxton hicks here and there and I thought my water leaked the other day...turns out I peed myself a little...What a joy !! ha.
Symptoms : Well besides my giant stomach hahah...No, um lets see he kicks all the time, I pee constantly, like seriously I'm peeing all the time it's nuts, braxton hicks here and there, if I walk around too much my ankles get a little puffy but they go right back down after I put my feet up, sleep is difficult but possible...I'm just ready to meet my babylove !!
Bellybutton in or out : It's still in, yay !!
Happy or Moody : I'm completely ten million percent happy. I cannot wait to meet our baby, hold him in my arms, and start this next exciting chapter of life with Dillon and Mason. We just recently moved to NC, got settled into our place and have been making it our home..Things are really really good and I couldn't ask for more :)
Looking forward to : Meeting my little boy !! Ahhhhhh, so exciting !! I also can't wait for my mom to get here :)
